During last 10 years international business games are getting more and more popular both in academic and business environment. International business game purpose is to simulate real business environment and observe students and young graduates solving problems similar to real ones and taking business decisions. There are three main functions that international business game can perform. They are employer branding, learning and development, and recruitment. In this work you will find analysis of existing international business games, classification of international business games by the way of conducting and by conductor, identification of their components, definition of graduate talent competences that components of business games are aiming at, correlation between components of international business game and competencies they are aiming at, recommendations for managerial implication of identified international business game structure.
