Additionally to reshaping the Organization in the political sense, it became urgent to change the way United Nations communicates with the public. The essential tool utilized by the United Nations, the art of diplomacy has substantially decreased its significance as it could not bear with the speediness of the world and became somewhat obsolete. How does the UN cope with communnications nowadays?
