Dr Chinedum Onyemechi is a Professor of Maritime Management Technology and Logistics at the Federal University of Technology Owerri, and a specialist in the fields of Ports, Shipping and Offshore Logistics and Technology. He is a member of the Nigerian Content Consultative Forum, Shipping Logistics Sector.
