Rezensionen
'In a sea of human rights textbooks, International Human Rights Law and Practice by Professor Ilias Bantekas and Dr Lutz Oette stands out as a fresh explanation not only of the 'what' but of the 'why' and the 'how' of human rights. The text is unique in its detailed yet accessible practice focus. It is a key text for all students of human rights law who are interested in understanding how to apply the law to an array of practical situations ... The third edition is greatly expanded with much new material, including new case studies and interviews and a new section on the human rights of vulnerable groups and persons.'
