Jamsheed Ahmed Sayed was born in small village Bagla of dist. Doda, Jammu and Kashmir (Indian occupied Kashmir).The Author has recently completed Ph.D. thesis from the University of Kashmir in the dept. of Political Science and also holds masters in history. Author also obtained his M.Phil. in Political Science from the same University of Kashmir.
