The notion of human rights has now found its place in our society to define the inalienable, intransgressible and intrinsic rights that individuals have, regardless of their race, sex, religion, ethnicity, etc. From ancient history to the modern period, texts have constantly recalled the importance of the fundamental rights that each person enjoys as a human being. Human rights are not only an abstract ideal, they are real rights, justiciable rights. To make the protection real and effective, several systems have been set up.
