Budislav Vukas, Professor of International Law at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law (retired), Member of the Institut de Droit international, former Judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, ad hoc Judge before the International Court of Justice. Trpimir M. Sosic, LL.M. (2006) in Public International Law, University of Zagreb, is an assistant at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, Chair of International Law. He is currently working on a doctoral thesis in the field of the law of the sea.
