Natasha Kuhrt is Lecturer in War Studies on the MA International Peace and Security Programme in the Department of War Studies, King's College London, and the author of Russian Policy towards China and Japan (Routledge, 2007). Andrew Mumford is Lecturer in International Security in the Department of Politics, University of Sheffield.
