A set of norms that regulates the external relations of the actors that make up international society. Public International Law has as its mission the establishment of an international legal norm, that is, the respect for the sovereignty of States, individuals and their peculiarities. For this reason, many treaties and conventions are always carried out with the purpose of bringing states closer together. The purpose of Private International Law is to indicate laws that regulate contracts entered into between individuals from different countries, to regulate disorders between States and individuals, indicating which law will be used to establish a relationship, whether in the family sphere considering issues of food, adoption, will, succession and contract. Despite being two little known areas, International Public and Private Law have gained a greater social and worldwide momentum due to the globalization process. In fact, international law permeates much of our daily lives. Its relevance transcends the regulation of the relations of States and International Organizations and reaches, usually silently and invisibly, all of us.
