Donald R. Rothwell is Professor of International Law at the ANU College of Law, Australian National University. He is Co-Editor in Chief of the Australian Year Book of International Law and of the Brill Research Perspectives in the Law of the Sea. He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.
