In this work the activity of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in contemporary system of international legal relations is considered because in conditions of growth of interstate relations, internationalization of economy the influence of supranational organizations on the formation of national law of a state increases. This book substantiates the role of the OECD in the formation of national law in different countries and the impact of this organization on political processes in sovereign states. This book will be of interest to undergraduate and graduate students of international law, as well as to young scholars studying the activities of international organizations.
