Akiho Shibata is a Professor of International Law at the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS), Kobe University, Japan. He was a member of the Japanese delegation to negotiate the Nagoya-Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol from 2006-2010.
