Tugba Basaran is associate researcher at CCLS (France) and visiting scholar at the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton, USA. Didier Bigo is Professor at King's College London department of War studies and research professor of international relations at Sciences-Po Paris/CERI, France. He is also director of the Center for study of conflicts, liberty and security (CCLS), France. Emmanuel-Pierre Guittet is lecturer in Politics at the University of Manchester, UK. He is also associate researcher at the International Centre for Comparative Criminology and the Canada Research Chair in Security, Identity and Technology at the University of Montreal, Canada. R.B.J. Walker is Professor at the University of Victoria, Canada, and the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.
