This book contains analytical concepts and practical examples of detailed aspects in organizing and managing an IPO. The author analyzes in particular the different functions of an IPO, its organizational structure, staffing, and mode of funding. The empirical study is based on comprehensive quantitative data and case study material about Asian IPOs of multinational companies in the electronics industry.
Autorenporträt
The Author: Christian Carduck, born in 1970, Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur, studied mechanical engineering and business administration at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. During his doctoral studies, he worked as a research assistant at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and in an international procurement office in Singapore. Since 1999, he works in the purchasing department of BMW in Munich, Germany.
