These factors include: * tariff barriers, non-tariff barriers, and other barriers to trade; * entry and post-entry barriers to FDI; * provisions contained in the GATT and other trade instruments; * the functionalities of the WTO, other global mechanisms, and regional trade blocks; and * international standards, the harmonization of laws, and the settlement of disputes. Warnock Davies has held faculty appointments in graduate and executive programs and has worked as a senior-level consultant on international trade and FDI policies, strategies, initiatives, and issues in the United States and forty other countries. He holds degrees in international law, international relations, and international trade from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts and Harvard Universities.
