The present book is a thorough study of the evolution and development of the International Trade regime. Also to examine its working methods and to evaluate the system. In other words, this book is a study of the procedure of formation and development of international trade relations under the World Trade Organization. The importance of the study becomes more noticeable when it is revealed that the system is predicated in the general agreement drafted in a very elementary manner with no organization perspectives. In fact, the development and changes observed in it in some instances are the results of current and traditional functions of the General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs. The author has tried to put all the contents related to the matter at hand in one place so the students are able to understand it in a better manner.
