DONALD E. LUNDBERG, PhD, is Professor Emeritus of the California State Polytechnic University, and recently served on the faculty of the U.S. International University. He is the well-known author of many widely used textbooks on hospitality and tourism, including International Travel and Tourism, Second Edition.
