As an explanatory study, which aims to reveal information in an area not previously researched in Turkey, this study aims to provide insights on the history of internationalization of management consulting, selects a certain model as an efficient way to explain such internationalization and seeks to provide evidence for that model in the emerging Turkish management consulting market which is more and more open to global players every other day.
