Autorenporträt
Mahmoud M. EL-Khouly is the head of Information Technology, Faculty of Computers & Information, Helwan University, Egypt. He received his BSc in (1983), his 1st MSc in (1994), his 2nd MSc in (1995), and his PhD from Saitama Univ. Japan in (2000). He acted as Culture Attache in London 2005.
