The subject matter of this book covers diverse theoretical perspectives of leadership, structures, and processes in interorganizational partnerships. This is a useful reading for mature scholars, graduate and undergraduate students to enrich their knowledge on educational leadership and organizational theory. The book introduces a new leadership dimension called Circular Model of Interorganizational Leadership that highlights simultaneous functioning of vertical and horizontal leadership. This model emerged from the empirical research conducted in the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) from the Arabian Gulf region. The ABEGS is a partnership of seven Arab states (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Yemen) that works for educational administration and development. The book presents multiple factors that influence leadership and its distribution within visionary, strategic, managerial, and operational levels of interorganizational structures. Teachers, researchers, administrators, theorists and practitioners of educational and management institutions must read and benefit from this research.
