Like negotiation, mediation is a method of conflict management which is essentially based on the development of communication between the parties. However, we must not fall into "the naivety of considering communication as a universal solvent for conflict, the simple application of which would be a guarantee of improvement of things". Thus, we will examine the particularities of conflictual communication in the epistemological analysis of the main phases of the mediation process by including the recall of the facts, as seen by the protagonists and we will present the best means of group management for communicative leadership.
