Brooke Barnett brings more than 25 years of higher education experience to her role as provost and executive vice president at Butler University. She previously served as dean of the College of Communication at Butler. Prior to her arrival at Butler, she was the associate provost for academic and inclusive excellence at Elon University. She regularly publishes and presents with colleagues on mass media, inclusion, and leadership in higher education. Peter Felten is Assistant Provost for Teaching and Learning, Director of the Center for Engaged Learning, and Professor of History at Elon University. His publications include: Transforming Students: Fulfilling the Promise of Higher Education (Johns Hopkins, 2014), and Engaging Students as Partners in Learning and Teaching (Jossey-Bass, 2014).
