Eugene Patrick Ruisi was born and raised in Queens, NY. He is the author of the first two Interstellar Monitor novels, which are Interstellar Monitor and Interstellar Monitor: HestiaEs Bravest. He is currently pursuing other fields of interest, but hopes to return to writing novels in a few years.
