Bobbie Jean Murphy is a 41 year-old Missouri native who is married to Jackie Lee Murphy Sr. She has two children of her own Montana Cheney and Jackie Lee Murphy III, along with serval adult step-children and grandchildren. It has been her dream to be a writer but she never had the confidence until now. She is planning on writing three books to the series Bonnie. Her goal with the series Bonnie is to help others overcome and open up about abuse in hopes they will see they are not alone. Bobbie enjoys writing, photography, and going on cruise with her friends and family. She credits her husband Jack Murphy and her close friends Tina Jenkins and Marcia Henderson for helping her be brave enough to take the leap into writing. She also claims comedian Amiri King kept a smile on her face when writing about such dark things. She says at the end of the day it's all about helping others and over coming traumatic experiences and she prays that her book reaches and touches the hearts of many.
