Elece Kunangura Mcknight was born and grown up in Zimbabwe. She is the fourth daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kunangura. Her mother died when Elece was only six years old. She spent most her youthful years in tears and prayer. Elece graduated from Chibuwe high school in 1983 in Zimbabwe. Elece dreamed of becoming a missionary or a minister. In 1984 after many years of hardship and struggle, so difficult it caused her to contemplate suicide, she got involved with the Unification Movement. In 1989 Elece married an American Robin Mcknight. Now Elece and her husband are raising their four daughters Justice, Victorian, Cherish, and Su-Hyun. The Author has walked a journey filled with death, tears, and loneliness and a youth of heartbreak, emotional turmoil, and hopelessness into adulthood. Her path has brought the gift of Hope, Life, and Lessons of Love. Into the Millennium displays the deep insight, spirituality and humor with some seriousness. It takes you beyond today and reality to reflect on the wonder of the Origin and the glory of his Creation. Each poem is written through inspiration, bringing to you the precious experiences of her journey through Life. Elece is currently working on a memoir of her life growing up in war-torn Zimbabwe and her struggle to survive there as a child in the conflict.
