In present day dental practice, intracanal medicaments are being applied in certain conditions for gaining utmost success of root canal treatment. However, all of the currently available antimicrobial materials for root canal irrigation and medication have limitations, and the search continues for the ideal irrigant and intra-appointment medicament.
