Innovative biotechnology has emerged to facilitate life in the field, where the intrafollicular transfer of immature oocytes for the production of bovine embryos is carried out. When performed the insemination after fertilized the embryos will develop to the blastocyst stage in an environment totally in vivo allowing the collection of embryos and the transference to recipient cows or freezing of these embryos. This review aims to present the main factors involved in the development of the work and the execution of TIFOI, its results and applications.
