Innovative biotechnology has emerged to facilitate life in the field, where the intrafollicular transfer of immature oocytes for the production of bovine embryos is carried out. Innovative biotechnology has emerged to facilitate life in the field, where the intrafollicular transfer of immature oocytes for the production of bovine embryos is carried out. There is no need to use a laboratory for in vitro fertilization. The injection of immature oocytes is done in a donor cow (high genetic value) and introduced in a pre-ovulatory follicle of an ovulating cow so that they are matured and ovulated in vivo, thus when ovulated several oocytes will be released. This technique is considered simple where there is the synchronization of the animal chosen to ovulate these oocytes. When performed the insemination after fertilized the embryos will develop to the blastocyst stage in an environment totally in vivo allowing the collection of embryos and the transference to recipient cows or freezing of these embryos. This review aims to present the main factors involved in the development of the work and the execution of TIFOI, its results and applications.
