The aim of the study was to promulgate a suitable and safe intranasal anaesthetic regimen and their subsequent evaluation and comparison on the basis of clinico-physiological, haematobiochemical effects of intranasal benzodiazepines (Midazolam and diazepam) and 2-agonist (Xylazine) in surgical management of domesticated fowls.
