The performance of public organizations is becoming a persistent demand of public opinion, forcing public administration to do better with the same resources, and sometimes less. The quest for public performance is therefore a new constraint in public management and a pillar of public finance reform. The aim of this book is to propose a simple performance approach to public organizations, with a view to improving the quality of service provided to users, managing resources efficiently, and diversifying sources of revenue and partnerships, based on the specific case of IEF-Pôle Régional.
