One of the most significant problems that the world is now experiencing in terms of the environment is climate change.Climate change is linked to a wide range of unfavourable effects, including those on agriculture, water resources, forests and biodiversity, health, coastal management, and temperature rise. The most significant effect that climate change will have on India is a decrease in agricultural production. Agriculture providesliving for the vast majority of the world's people, either directly or indirectly. Changes in climate would add stress to ecological and social systems that are already under enormous demand as a result of increasing industrialization, urbanisation, and economic growth. These pressures are already having a significant impact. This book discusses a variety of climate change-related concerns, with a focus on data collecting, hydrological factor analysis, and promoting hydrological design based on strong scientific principles forpreservation and use of water resources. The text gives the reader confidence and competence to take a professional test.
