Autorenporträt
Dr. Toro is a cardiology fellow at the Houston Methodist Hospital, Texas, USA.   In 2011 he earned his Medical Diploma from The University of Kalamoon in Syria. Following that, he worked as a General Practitioner in Aleppo for two years. In 2013 he moved to the United States and worked as a research fellow at the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. In 2015 he started his professional training in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and became board-certified in Internal Medicine in 2018.  Following residency training, Dr. Toro practiced hospital medicine for two years. Then he was appointed as a clinical associate staff in the medical intensive care unit at Cleveland Clinic, Ohio. Dr. Toro is also active in Cardiovascular Research and has publications in Cardiovascular Imaging and Electrophysiology.
