John Crefin has more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry, with a specialty in commercial real estate lending. His experience has spanned hundreds of millions of dollars in loans over his career, which includes a wide degree of property types. He has authored and co-authored bank lending policy and bank loan underwriting guidelines. He has been an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at universities in the United States and Europe. As a seasoned professional, he has also been a featured speaker and panelist at the occasional CRE forecast. He holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.
