Giovanni C. Migliaccio is an Associate Professor in Construction Management at the University of Washington (UW), USA. He is also the Associate Director for the UW Center for Education and Research in Construction, holds a P.D. Koon Endowed Professorship and an affiliate fellowship with the UW Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. Len Holm is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Management at the University of Washington, USA, and a Construction Management Professional.
