He is also the Associate Director for the UW Center for Education and Research in Construction, holds a P.D. Koon Endowed Professorship and an affiliate fellowship with the UW Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. Len Holm is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Management at the University of Washington, USA, and a Construction Management Professional.
