Dr. Khurshed Ahmed Graduated from Islamia College Civil Lines Lahore during his Post-Graduation in Envi. Sci., he did his PhD in Envi. Sci. from Punjab University Lahore. He earned Gold medal. He did his post-graduate diploma in Envi. Sci. and Tech. from Tashkent (U.S.S.R.) and post Doctrate Degree from University of Delft Netherlands
