Autorenporträt
Glenn Hastedt holds a Ph.D. in political science from Indiana University. Dr. Hastedt was founder and director of the interdisciplinary International Affairs major at James Madison University and later served as the chair of the political science department at James Madison University.  He is now professor and chair of the justice studies department.  Dr. Hastedt is the recipient of the College of Arts and Letters Madison Scholar Award and the Outstanding Teaching Award.  In addition to Introduction to International Politics and American Foreign Policy, he teaches courses on Justice in a Global Community, Global Futures, Post Conflict Reconstruction, and Simulations.  Dr. Hastedt is the author of American Foreign Policy: Past, Present, Future, 11th edition (2018), as well as Readings in American Foreign Policy, 2nd edition (2018). Dr. Hastedt has served as co-editor of White House Studies and currently is on the editorial board of Intelligence and National Security.  William F. Felice is professor of political science at Eckerd College. Dr. Felice was named the 2006 Florida Professor of the Year by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. Felice is the author of The Ethics of Interdependence: Global Human Rights and Duties (2016), The Global New Deal: Economic and Social Human Rights in World Politics (second edition - 2010), How Do I Save My Honor: War, Moral Integrity and Principled Resignation (2009), Taking Suffering Seriously: The Importance of Collective Human Rights (1996), and numerous articles on the theory and practice of human rights. Felice received his Ph.D. from the Department of Politics at New York University. He has served as a trustee on the board of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Relations.
