This book introduces the law and fundamental rights in Cameroon. It presents a broad perspective of the basics of law in Cameroon as well as fundamental rights. In this light, it illuminates the sources of law in Cameroon, legal personality, judicial organisation of Cameroon, and texts of application. The broad perspective of Cameroonian law in this book is reflected in the discussions on the various areas of law such as criminal law, law of contract, labour law, law of torts, environment, and human rights. This mixture is meant to provide better comprehension of the law in Cameroon.
