The book is composed of eight chapters, introduction to psychology, biological bases of behavior, sensation and perception, motivation, emotion, learning and memory, intelligence and personality. The author had three main goals when writing this text, to write a text that students can easily comprehend, to make connections between what students are learning and how they may apply that knowledge and to give flexibility to instructors to tailor a course to the needs of their students. I am hopeful that this book fulfils all those mottos. My book is a sincere attempt for this endeavor; however positive suggestions are always welcome.

Autorenporträt
Dr. Mir Waseem Khaliq ist Dozent für Psychologie am Government Degree College Autonomous Baramulla. Er hat über 12 Jahre Erfahrung in Lehre und Forschung. Er begann seine Reise als akademischer Mitarbeiter (B.Ed.-Fakultät) im Jahr 2009 am Direktorat für Fernunterricht der Universität von Kaschmir.
