This book deals with the issue of the jurisprudential analogical reasoning (al-Qiyas al-Fiqhi) in Islam from a scientific perspective. Dr. Sobhi Rayan a senior lecturer of Islamic philosophy in the Department of Islamic Studies, and the Chairperson of the Islamic Sciences Master's degree Program at Al-Qasemi Academic College. My research interests focus on Islamic Studies in various fields, such as: Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Philosophy of Education, Islamic Jurisprudence.
