Autorenporträt
Michael Glover was educated at Oundle and St. John's Collage, Cambridge. During the war he served in Tunisia and Italy. From 1947 to 1970 he worked for the British Council, for the last nine years as Head of Educational Television and Radio. He is a distinguished military historian and his works include: 1815: The Armies at Waterloo; Rorke's Drift; Legacy of Glory; The Fight for the Channel Ports and An Improvised War: the Abyssinian Campaign of 1940-1941
