Invent an Entrepreneurial Business provides you with tools, insights, proven methods and decades of experience to start-up and run an entrepreneurial company. Many corporations have to buy inventions and technology with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). But you can re-discover the energy and synergy of the golden age of organic internal invention and enjoy solid stable revenue over the long-term. We provide knowledge and insight into the power of a development engine. Development engines like Edison Labs, Bell Labs, Bell's Volta Lab, Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) and the original 3M are reviewed in detail. You will also find how current entrepreneurial businesses succeed today. Our world dramatically advanced during one hundred and fifty years of the 19th and 20th Centuries. Creative new inventions and major discoveries brought significant improvement into the quality of our lives. Insight is provided to over 30 entrepreneurial inventive companies that satisfy legitimate long-term stakeholder needs. We also review a few legacy businesses to provide contrasting examples of short-term exploitive money machine corporations. Every entrepreneurial company needs a champion. We show the three central elements of every champion, and then study more than 50 unique individual champions. Development of new ideas into finished products and services starts with the creative process. Paul McCartney and John Lennon and many others help us see the steps that transition into a full development process. We show how to ground the entire development process with customers. A start-up begins with 3-Guides: Inside Person, Outside Person and Integrator. We study the 3-Guides of: Disney Studios, Apple Computer, Microsoft, Proctor and Gamble, Carver Lab at Tuskegee Institute and Intel. We introduce you to the Nimrod Principle, Yellowstone Principle and Revolution Principle to keep every entrepreneurial group viable. Advanced concepts in organizing and operating an entrepreneurial company are introduced with the Virtual Corp. and Global Collaborative. We challenge you to find and savor the entrepreneurial spirit. Employ your own dynamic invention and discovery. Make the jump. Roll up your sleeves. Discover the exhilaration of progress.
