All the content is of my own design with what I feel is "best practice" in each of these areas. And this Vol. 2 has some observations about the future of the automotive aftermarket in the U.S. This includes the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in the (hopefully) short term, and some longer-term factors that will, over time, profoundly change the aftermarket.
