The aim of this study was to explore adult learner perceptions and experiences of blended e-learning in the Irish context. Further research is required to inform the future development of highly interactive and flexible learning environments, in addition significant investment in technology and education and training for educators in the use and value of such technologies is essential to meet the demand of current and future adult students.
