In municipal or urban engineering science, especially in view of the young nature of this science, any research can be considered with the aim of helping the development of urban knowledge and the practical use of its results. This book is also not an exception. It can be said that with the wide variations in the attitudes towards self-settlements issues in the past two decades. Examining, completing or rejecting existing theories (classical and new) can be helpful in recognising the problem. It seems that the research can, with the rejection or confirmation of assumptions based on different theories, take a step towards completing theories and theories in the field of issues related to the settlements.
