My thesis will critically examine the problem of school dropout rates of boys in Iran.

Mr. Sirous Tabrizi received his Master in Leadership from the Western University in 2013 with present his research work on ¿Investigating the High Attrition Rate of Boys in Iranian Schools¿. He is also interested in the Globalization, Leadership, and leaders¿ approach for change in the educational systems.
