This progress is carried out under the direction of leaders who are competent in the field. Creative drama is spontaneous, immediate and flamboyant, and most importantly, there is pretending. The play's overarching qualities immediately promote creative drama. The study population of the research consists of Secondary Education English Teachers working in different provinces in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus EFL Public Schools in the 2021-2022 academic year. Qualitative research method with interviewing data collection had used in this study. Simple random sample technique was used with the purpose of using this technique every member of the population has an equal chance of being selected. The total number of English Teachers working in TRNC Secondary Education EFL Public Schools in the 2021-2022 academic year has been taken by the Ministry of National Education. There are a total of 340 English Teachers working. A total of 61 English Teachers attended into this study.
