Rop Kipsigei Naaman è attualmente docente e presidente del dipartimento di religione e filosofia del Kibabii University College, Kenya. Attualmente sta ultimando il dottorato di ricerca presso l'Università di Nairobi, Kenya. Ha conseguito un master in Studi religiosi presso l'Università di Nairobi, in Kenya, e un diploma di laurea con lode presso la stessa istituzione.
