For the qualitative research using expert interviews, mainly video calls are planned in order to gain an in-depth insight into the views and experiences of the interviewees. Due to the constant change in the real estate market, investors have to adapt to it. One of the findings from the interview analysis is that it does not matter what the investor's background is. As the market is currently in a state that many investors are unable to assess, it is possible that there will be many changes in strategy.
