Xavier Arboleda Querevalú,(Guayaquil, 1978) Hij studeerde aan de UCSG, is Burgerlijk Ingenieur en MBA. Hij was zonaal directeur van het Ministerie van Industrie en Productiviteit, algemeen directeur van het openbare waterbedrijf van Ecuador, adviseur van openbare, particuliere en GADS-bedrijven en institutioneel coördinator van de toezichthouder voor bedrijven, effecten en verzekeringen.
