Hsiao-Hung Pai: Hsiao-Hung Pai is an acclaimed journalist whose report on the Morecambe Bay tragedy for the Guardian was made into the film Ghosts. Her book on undocumented Chinese immigrants in Britain, Chinese Whispers was shortlisted for the George Orwell Prize.
