Today the majority of researchers speak more and more about the use of the intranet within organizations in order to guarantee a better quality of life at work in terms of interpersonal relations, social cohesion and optimal performance (Mohamed-Khiraddine, 2002).The present research aims to verify the causal link between the use of the intranet on the one hand, and organizational involvement on the other. To achieve this end, it is based on empirical data collected from employees of Tractafric Equipment Gabon. The results obtained thanks to a questionnaire with five (5) Likert-type graduations, attest that the use of the intranet favours a form of involvement calculated with the employees questioned.
